Today, as an experienced fisherman, I was saddened to find bots fishing up my waters. So I decided to do something about it. These Bots are rampant in the lower level fishing areas in New World. Some seem to fish in the hotspots themselves and others cast wherever and however. It was an amazing feeling being able to really do something about the problem instead of just watching them soak up resources.
The way the exploit was explained to me is the bot has a scrip that will sense when a rare fish is on the line and reel it in. If it’s not a rare fish then the bot simply recasts and tries again.
